Three NoMad Burgers Star Among Offerings from 16 Michelin-starred Restaurants
Recently, Business Insider took a look at Michelin-starred restaurants around the country for a scrumptious burger roundup. Three burgers from our wonderful chefs in NoMad were spotlighted.
It’s no surprise that The NoMad’s chicken burger was included in the list. If you recall, last winter The NoMad overhauled its whole lunch menu and introduced the chicken burger to New York diners. Featuring black-truffle pâté mixed into the chicken patty with truffle mayonnaise, Gruyère, and foie gras spread on top, this chicken burger is the definition of decadence.
The NoMad’s Daniel Humm was joined on the list by April Bloomfield and her Roquefort cheese-topped Spotted Pig burger and the Breslin’s char-grilled lamb burger!
