William Morris Endeavor and Yelp Move to 11 Madison Avenue

William Morris Endeavor will be joining Sony and Yelp at 11 Madison Ave, directly in the heart of the NoMad District

World renowned talent agency William Morris Endeavor has announced plans to move to the NoMad District. William Morris Endeavor (WME) has been one of the world’s leading talent agencies since 2009, when legendary Hollywood agency William Morris Agency merged with Ari Emanuel, Rick Rosen, Tom Strickler and David Greenblatt’s up-and-coming Endeavor Agency.

WME represents a number of today’s leading performers including Justin Timberlake, Hugh Jackman, Trent Reznor, Ben Affleck and Zach Galifianakis, among many others. WME currently has offices at 1325 Sixth Avenue, but will be relocating to the 18th floor of 11 Madison Avenue.

The lease, which encompasses 70,000 square feet, will place WME directly in the heart of the NoMad District, alongside electronic giant Sony, which also recently announced plans to move to 11 Madison Avenue.

If WME and Sony weren’t exciting enough, Crain’s Business New York is reporting that Yelp has signed a lease occupying 151,000 square feet of 11 Madison Ave. The recent flood of tech companies into the neighborhood is solidifying NoMad and Silicon Alley as the city’s most exciting and fastest growing districts.
