Alinea at Eleven Madison Park is Open For Business
Chicago’s legendary restaurant Alinea will be inhabiting Eleven Madison Park in NoMad New York for the next five days. This is part of the “21st Century Limited” project that will include Daniel Humm and Eleven Madison Park packing up to cook for Chicago next month.
For $495 (plus tax and a 20 percent service charge) you can have the tasting menu dreamt up by star Chicago chef Greg Achatz. Eleven Madison Park and Alinea were both ranked in the top 10 in the last “World’s 50 Best Restaurant” survey.
