Weekend in NoMad: General Assembly Restaurant & Bar
Kick off the weekend by trying out the NoMad District’s new restaurant General Assembly. General Assembly Restaurant & Bar, located at 360 Park Avenue South, is the latest creative venture from high-end dining firm Fourth Wall Restaurants.
Fourth Wall father and son co-founders Alan and Michael Stillman are the minds behind some of the city’s best known restaurants, including Smith & Wollensky and Maloney & Porcelli.
General Assembly is self-described as a “market-driven grill,” with European influences.
The menu, made from local and seasonal ingredients, offers starters like raclette and entrees like their rabbit Wellington, duck confit, fried skate, cavatelli & Easter fennel sausage and grilled porgy.
General Assembly is open for dinner service Sunday and Monday: 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m; Tuesday through Thursday: 5:30 p.m. – 11 p.m; and Friday and Saturday: 5:30 p.m. – midnight. The bar is open from 4 p.m. through the end of dinner service each day. For more info, contact (212) 951-7111.
