Weekend in NoMad: DVF Sample Sale

Stop by the Diane von Furstenburg sample sale in NoMad this weekend

The Diane von Furstenburg sample sale continues in the NoMad District this week. The sale, which opened Tuesday and features huge savings on both new and slightly worn pieces, runs through Sunday at their 260 Fifth Avenue pop-up store location.

While the DVF brand has become well known as one of the biggest names in high-end fashion, the sale manages to offer the designer’s dresses, tops and bottoms at reasonable prices. Sweater wrap styles and cotton shifts begin at $100 and the brand’s new line of cocktail dresses, gowns and beaded tanks can be had for only $150. A limited selection of tops, tees and work trousers starts at $60.

The used samples collection offers a wider selection and better savings. Comb through the sale racks for suede trumpet skirts, lace-trimmed sweater dresses and embroidered tunics starting at $50. Accessories, leather purses and tote bags are also being sold for only $50.

The sale continues today from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and finishes on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop by 260 Fifth Ave, between 28th and 29th Streets, to check out all the great buys.
