Rizzoli Aperitivo Series Presents Vincent Peirani and Emile Parisien on June 30th

On Sunday, June 30th, Rizzoli Bookstore will be hosting musicians Vincent Peirani and Emile Parisien for an intimate performance as part of its Music Aperitivo series.

These two musicians are extremely talented in their own right, but after years of collaboration, their sounds blend so well together that their performances as a duo are extra compelling. With Peirani playing the accordion and providing the vocals and Parisien on the soprano saxophone, their upcoming performance in the neighborhood is sure to be a treat.

On June 30th, audience members will enjoy their interpretation of Argentine Tango, a genre which they recently set out to discover. Their performance will be anchored in the deep traditions of this popular genre, while featuring their own renderings of themes such as Temptation by Xavier Cugat and melodies by Jelly Roll Morton. Join us at Rizzoli Bookstore at 1133 Broadway, between 25th and 26th Streets.

To purchase tickets: Please RSVP to mhuston@rizzoliusa.com. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $20 and include complimentary prosecco.
