Quality Eats to Open Squares Nightclub in NoMad
According to the NY Post, NoMad’s nightlife is trending to the more sophisticated. This is no surprise to us, because in recent years, our neighborhood drinking establishments from The Flatiron Room to the NoMad Hotel Bar have become prime NYC destinations for classic cocktails and refined experiences in handsome interiors.
The Post piece shared that the Riff Raff club (at 360 Park Avenue) has closed and will be replaced by a new venue, Squares. The new club “will cater to a more ‘sophisticated’ crowd when it opens.”
Featuring a glazed tile theme, designed by Reunion Goods & Services, “The 1,750 square-foot club is next to Park Avenue Summer. Both venues are owned by Quality Branded, whose holdings include Quality Eats, Quality Meats, Quality Italian and Smith & Wollensky.”
Squares nightclub will feature live music and a cocktail program created by Bryan Schneider. Squares does not have an opening date or website yet, but we’ll update you with more info as we get it.
