Rizzoli Continues to Enliven the Local Cultural Scene with its Aperitivo Series

Rizzoli’s Aperitivo Series continues to bring world-class explorers of great music to our neighborhood.

Just such a group is the exciting J.A.I Trio, featuring the virtuoso performers—(J)enny Choi, Violin, (A)l—Aejandro Montiel, Guitar, and (I)saac Bustos, Guitar.  Three years ago, the instrumentalists met at a festival in Austin, Texas, and they have joined forces to create a unique beautiful sound.

At the next concert in the Rizzoli Aperitivo series on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m., J.A.I. will present a program of music spanning classical, contemporary, and tango works by Astor Piazzolla, John Truitt, Preston Stahley, Antonio Rojas, Arvo Pärt, and Clarice Assad.

The concert will be held in the beautiful Rizzoli’s Bookstore at 1133 Broadway, between 25th and 26th Streets.  If you haven’t attended any of these noteworthy concerts, you should.  It is a great way to sooth yourself on a Sunday night as you get ready for the work week ahead and expand your horizons.
