Porcelanosa is Coming to NoMad

Porcelanosa has purchased the historic Commodore Criterion building in NoMad New York

Spanish tile and kitchen company Porcelanosa is coming to NoMad New York. They have reportedly purchased the historic Commodore Criterion building for $40 million.

Porcelanosa has been in business for 4 decades and has around 400 showrooms in 80 countries. They pull in about $1.5 billion in revenue annually and intend for their NoMad New York location to serve as their US headquarters.

With all of the financial uncertainty in Spain and the Eurozone, Porcelanosa has been making a push for the US market. They expect revenues in the US to reach $80 million this year which will be up from $60 million in 2011.
