Luke’s Lobster Celebrates its Anniversary with a Special Matt Hyland Lobster Roll
Luke’s Lobster NOMAD will be serving a special Matt Hyland Lobster Roll starting September 25 through October 31 to kick-off its 10 year anniversary and celebrate National Lobster Day.
The Hyland Roll recipe is characteristic of the Emily chef’s pizza roots, the roll is topped with chopped banana peppers, Italian green olives, and a sprinkle of Portuguese all-spice on top of Luke’s famously sweet and 100% sustainably sourced lobster in a split top, toasted bun.
The roll will be sold for $19 at all NYC locations. $1 from every roll sold will be donated to Slice Out Hunger, an organization working to end hunger here in New York. Visit lukeslobster.com for more details.
As reported earlier on this site, “Luke’s sources its seafood directly from the lobstermen at the dock and steams it straight out of the water at Cape Seafood, Maine. The traceability of the supply chain ensures every crustacean is harvested sustainably, handled with care, and presented to guests as fresh as humanly possible.” Read more here.
