Alec and Hilaria Baldwin May Be Moving to NoMad
In a neighborhood filled with creatives, NoMad may be getting one of NYC’s iconic actors. The New York Post is reporting that Alec and Hilaria Baldwin may be the neighborhood’s next high profile residents.
A fixture of NYC and the Hamptons, the Baldwins currently reside at the Devonshire House in Greenwich Village, but the recent addition of a third child has them apartment shopping.
According to the Post, the Baldwins visited a “four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom unit at 212 Fifth Ave. on the 17th floor.” The unit boasts views of the Madison Square Park and the Freedom Tower. 212, an address that echoes NYC’s most famous area code, promises to be a gorgeous renovation, and one full-floor unit has reportedly been sold for $29 million.
Baldwin has been ubiquitous on TV, and his work on 30 Rock garnered him two Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, and seven Screen Actors Guild Awards. His film credits include more than 75 movies, including Beetlejuice, Hunt for Red October, The Departed and The Aviator. His upcoming films include Alexander Payne’s Downsizing and raucous comedy Drunk Parents.
We’ll keep you posted if the Baldwins end up moving in to the area.
