Weekend in NoMad: The NoMad Bar Now Open

The wildly popular NoMad Hotel and Library Bar has expanded into a new cocktail and wine bar, simply called The NoMad Bar.

The NoMad Hotel has opened a stunning new cocktail bar next door to their famous restaurant! You can enter the new bar through the outside door on 28th Street or through their wildly successful Library Bar.

The NoMad Bar features many of the specialty cocktails, wines and beers that Library Bar is known for, but has some additional treats like their punch-bowls or several vermouth-based apertifs. The bar also offers a food menu featuring some of Daniel Humm’s delicious entrees and small plates. The hotel’s popular two-person chicken dinner has been reconfigured as a chicken pot pie.

Guests will find the decor to be similar to that of Library Bar with dark green leather booths, wooden walls and a wrap-around balcony. The new bar also includes an elegant fireplace, which makes the bar perfect for the winter months. While the hotel and bars are known for their classy atmosphere, the new bar has retained a playful quality, complete with their regulation games of hangman printed on the back of each coaster.

Stop by The NoMad Bar at 10 W 28th Street to check it out.
