Enjoy Wagamama’s Delicious Summer Menu Items Before Fall Sets In

Chili Soba Salad on Wagamama's Summer Menu

Wagamama, the popular London-based modern Asian-fusion chain, has exciting things happening at its NoMad location. Executive Chef Steve Mangleshot has created fresh and enjoyable dishes to counter with the summer heat perfectly. He told Experience NoMad, “Feeling summer in the air isn’t enough for me; I like to see it on the plate too. We designed these dishes to be a little lighter, perfect for warmer weather!”

First up is the chili soba salad, a delectable bowl of soba noodles, fried butternut squash, shiitake mushrooms and other exceptional flavors. Wagamama pairs this with a refreshing green juice, which is a cheerful mixture of apple, pineapple, kale, lime and mint.

Wagamama's Summer Pad Thai Salad

The menu also features a seasonally inspired Pad-Thai salad that blends mange tout, baby plum tomatoes and shredded pickled beetroot, on a bed of mixed leaves with ginger chicken and prawns. Served with a fried shallot garnish, a nuoc cham dressing, and a side of peanuts, this truly delightful salad provides a refreshing escape from the scorching city streets.

Panko Eggplant and Salmon Cucumber Bunson Wagamama's Summer Menu

For those who want a break from meat, Wagamama has introduced two tasty sandwiches: one of mushroom and panko eggplant; and a second of salmon and pickled cucumber. These arrive on Wagamama’s Hirata Steamed Bao buns, topped off with mayonnaise and coriander.

Be sure to try these dishes soon! And if you haven’t explored them already, check out Wagamama’s brunch, gluten-free, kids, drink, and dessert menus at Wagamama.us.
