Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Rent Out One Madison Apartment in Two Days
In an article entitled “Tom Brady and Gisele rent out NoMad pad in just two days,” the New York Post reports that the celebs had no trouble renting out their 47th floor apartment at One Madison. After only two days on the market, the 3,310 square foot apartment has been scooped up. The couple was asking for $45,000 a month for the furnished space, or $42,500 a month unfurnished. There is no public information about the renter of the details of the agreement.
One Madison, which is actually in the Flatiron District on the border of NoMad, is home to some big household names. in 2014, Fox CEO Rupert Murdoch bought the top four floors of the building as an enormous penthouse and a separate three-bedroom condo.
Residential units in NoMad are in high demand, with more towers being planned on Fifth Avenue and 30th Street. Construction at 10 Madison Square West isn’t even finished yet, and all the units appear to be sold already. Huys and 241 Fifth Avenue sold out in similar fashions when they were built.
With celebrities and moguls making NoMad a highly desirable address, it is no surprise that NoMad was recently awarded the title of New York’s Most Expensive Neighborhood. We have no doubt that the new additions to the NoMad skyline will only bolster the reputation.
