Rewards DJ Set Tonight at Ace Hotel
It seems like every week we see some of Brooklyn’s hottest musicians hitting the decks at Ace Hotel. If you’re looking to party on a Thursday night, Rewards will be DJing the Lobby Bar starting at 8pm.
Rewards is the solo project of former Chairlift guitarist Aaron Pfenning. Just like Sinkane, another Ace Hotel DJ favorite, Rewards is signed to DFA Records. The Brooklyn-based label, founded by LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy, has been presenting cutting edge dance music for years.
The event is free and open to all ages. If you’re looking to grab a drink after work in the NoMad neighborhood tonight, we recommend hanging in the Americana-themed Ace Hotel Lobby Bar to check out the Rewards DJ set. If you can’t attend tonight, you’ll have a chance to catch Aaron next Thursday before his April residency wraps up.
