Featuring a huge multiple level space as well as a bar, Hill Country allows for great nights dining out in NoMad. The downstairs area features a stage with live roots and rockabilly music that is sure to make for a memorable night. Their food is central Texas style BBQ and their meat is prepared and cooked daily in their smoking room and slow cooked. They are served over butcher paper at a counter.
