Brass & Tusk Bar
Two new high style projects in a historic Nomad hotel, The Tusk Bar is a cocktail and oyster bar with its next-door restaurant sibling BRASS offering an elegant yet playful menu from Michelin-starred chefs Jeremiah Stone and Fabián von Hauske Valtierra (Wildair, Bar Contra). Join us at The Tusk Bar (named a “best bar in America” by Esquire) for carefully made cocktails and seafood small plates or at BRASS for a brasserie-inspired dinner reimagined for a new golden era of dining out in New York City. Both spaces are in the lobby of the turn–of–the–century Evelyn hotel (est. 1903) and welcome walk–ins and accept reservations.
