Mile High Run Club

Mile High Run Club brings the popular group fitness format to running, offering a feel-good running experience for every body.

Classes range from 30 minutes to an hour. Depending on the class, sessions start with runners on their own treadmill followed by off-treadmill strength exercises.

With seasoned run coaches, including former collegiate sprinters, podium finishers, Olympiad Marathoners, and world-traveled triathletes, no other studio provides this level of experience and training expertise.

Featured in Runner’s World, Harper’s Bazaar, and Men’s Journal, Mile High Run Club has something for everyone. No experience required – all levels and walkers are welcome.

Mile High Run Club also offers comprehensive running programs, including a 12-week NYC Half Marathon training, that has classes at the NoMad and NoHo studios and outdoor long distance runs to prepare for a race.
