Lady M is one of the finest and most celebrated patisseries in New York City. Expert pastry chefs make every luscious cake and confection by hand, using only the freshest, finest ingredients. Every cake is a visual gem, beautifully and precisely crafted.
Its founder, Ken Romaniszyn was inspired by French pastries and Japanese confections. Lady M may be best known for its Signature Mille-Crepes cake, which features no less than twenty paper-thin handmade crêpes layered with ethereal light pastry cream and a caramelized golden top. But there are other choices like Checkers, with striking black and white checkerboard of vanilla and chocolate sponge cake and fresh whipped cream tucked between the squares is encased in a silky dark chocolate ganache… and there are more.
Before opening its NoMad location, Lady M began by selling its cakes to restaurants across New York City. Its first shop opened on the Upper East Side in 2004. Now Lady M can be found across the U.S. and internationally in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai, Singapore, and Taipei.
