Clemente Bar is a creative collaboration between Eleven Madison Park chef-owner Daniel Humm and contemporary artist Francesco Clemente, offering the ambiance of an artist’s studio. With drinks crafted by EMP’s beverage director, Sebastian Tollius, you can expect inventive takes on classics, like a Negroni piña colada hybrid. The fully plant-based menu features dishes such as tempura fries and an agedashi tofu dog.
