This week, Soni Pomaski, General Manager of Birch Coffee, shared some of her favorite places to go in NoMad NY. You might remember Birch Coffee from our video interview with co-owners Paul Schlader and Jeremy Lyman.

Located at the Gershwin Hotel, Birch Coffee is one of the city’s most popular coffee spots. They use locally sourced and environmentally friendly coffee beans, serve organic beer and wine and have a breakfast and lunch menu. Check out Soni’s recommendations below:
