NoMad gyms reopen, offering motivation and inspiration. And they’re ready to help kick start you back into gear (and shape). Over recent months, many of us have settled into new routines and habits, like eating too much comfort food, having that extra cocktail to take the edge off of a stressful day, or binge watching just one more series instead of getting some exercise.

Thankfully, as of the beginning of September, gyms in New York City were permitted to reopen safely, after submitting documentation and proof to the NYC Health Department. Now, there are a variety of fun, inspiring workout options to help activate and motivate anyone who lives, works, or plays in NoMad. Check out what’s available.
