Madison Square Park and NoMad Real Estate Roundup

241 fifth avenue is part of the NoMad real estate boom

There has been a lot going on in Madison Square Park and NoMad real estate news in the last few weeks. We thought we’d sum it up for you! Check out all the recent NoMad real estate happenings below:

  • Tiffany & Co have expanded their offices to take up another full floor at their 200 5th Avenue location. With this expansion, the building has 100% occupancy. Other tenants include Eataly, Grey Group and Marimekko.
  • The Madison Belvedere building has been sold to Invesco. This 50-story high rise went for a rumored $300 million. Rose Associates originally bought the property in the late 90s for $11.59 million.
  • The condos at 241 Fifth Avenue now have signage. This building has been under construction for about a year. They reached their desired height earlier this fall and are making good progress. The building is being marketed by CORE and will have 42-48 condos.
  • The Whitman, located at 21 East 26th Street (between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue), is building three huge luxury apartments in their Madison Square Park property. All three will be over 5000 square feet with the penthouse duplex featuring 6250 square feet. Kelly Hoppen is handling the interior design of the building and it will have a full service doorman.

Talk about a boom in NoMad real estate!
