The Whitman Building, an elegant brick and limestone building on the northern border of Madison Square Park, is already home to three well-known residents: Chelsea Clinton, Jeff Gordon and hedge-funder John Silvetz. J. Lo.’s purchase of the penthouse means that all of the building’s four units are now occupied.
