INDAY Bringing a Brand New Indian Concept to NoMad (Exclusive)

Indian restaurant INDAY has plans to open in NoMad's iconic St. James Building.

We are happy to report that INDAY, a new fast-casual restaurant from Dev Ratnam plans to open in NoMad in mid-2015. INDAY’s goal is to redefine New York’s Indian cuisine experience with a fresh and healthy approach towards traditional entrees in an airy, engaging environment.

INDAY signed a fifteen-year lease today on a space in the historic St. James Building at 26th Street and Broadway. The broker representing INDAY was Jonathan W. Burke, President, J. W. Burke & Company.

INDAY will be 1,530 square-feet with 30 foot frontage and 18 foot ceilings. INDAY will be next door to LPB’s restaurant opening in 2015 and just around the corner from Rizzoli’s new bookstore scheduled to open in spring 2015.

At this ideal NoMad location, INDAY will benefit from the pedestrian traffic and the success of near-by international restaurants including Eataly, Izakaya NoMad, Num Pang. Ilili, Raymi, Vin sur Vingt, Hanjan, Resto, and so many more.
