Dover Street Market Launches Spring/Summer 2015 Collection

The Undercover showroom features shelving from designer Mark Cooper.

Dover Street Market New York (DSMNY) recently re-opened with its Spring/Summer 2015 design. The market, a prime destination for fashionistas and tourists seeking the best shopping New York has to offer, has garnered attention for its ability to reinvent itself each season.

This season is entitled “New Beginning,” and promises new artwork, installations and, of course, new merchandise from the market’s permanent clothing and jewelry designers. “New Beginning” features not only new items from returning retailers such as Nike, Comme des Garçons, and Junya Watanabe Man but also collections from over 10 new brands.

This season’s newcomers include Hum, Lito, Raphaele Canot, Sardo, Shannon Nataf, Suzanne Kalan, Miu Miu, Idea Books, Simone Rocha, Juun J, Julien David and P.R. Patterson. Andrea Jiapei Li, Meadham Kirchoff and Molly Goddard, whose collections are located on the 4th floor, designed showrooms to match their new collections of women’s clothing.

DSMNY, located at 160 Lexington Avenue, is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sunday. Rose Bakery, located inside DSMNY, is open 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday and 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sundays.
