Don’t Miss Mad. Sq. Holiday in the Park Dec. 6th
Kids, parents, and all-around holiday lovers: Be sure to stop by Madison Square Park on Thursday, Dec. 6th from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 pm for the annual Mad Sq. Holiday. Centered around the Mad. Sq. Holiday Tree, this celebration gets you into the festive spirit with a variety of fun-filled activities as NoMad welcomes the holiday season. This year’s festivities include ornament decorating, coloring activities, abundant hot chocolate and pupchinos, and of course, the lighting of the tree at dusk.
A highlight of Mad Sq. Holiday is the annual Candy Count, open to both kids and adults this year with age-appropriate prizes for each (a Lego set for the young ones and free tickets to Celebrate Mad. Sq. Chefs for the adults). Throughout the two-hour event, participants can also enjoy a variety of free samples courtesy of local event sponsors (listed below.)
Mad. Sq. Holiday 2018 promises to be a great night of family-friendly fun for both the young and the young at heart—and best of all, it’s free and open to the public.
