Belgian Beer Cafe NoMad Celebrates Oktoberfest

Head over to Belgian Beer Cafe NoMad and help celebrate Oktoberfest with special menu items!

Neighborhood newcomer Belgian Beer Cafe NoMad has announced that it will be celebrating Oktoberfest this month.

The long-awaited cafe (called BBC NoMad, for short) opened this past month, offering the neighborhood a wide selection of Belgian dishes and over 50 types of Belgian beer. BBC NoMad already serves up mouth-watering entrees like the Vol au Vent (a flaky pastry filled with poached chicken, mushrooms, veal meatballs and leeks), Steak Tartare, five different types of mussels and, of course, moules-frites.

The cafe will celebrate Oktoberfest with special Bavarian-inspired sausages. The Boudin Blanc and Boudin Noir sausages come steamed in Brunehaut Bio Amber and are served with hard cider mustard and roast apple stoemp.

Belgian Beer Cafe NoMad is located at 220 Fifth Avenue, on the corner of 26th Street. Stop by anytime this month to try the Oktoberfest sausages and welcome BBC to the neighborhood!
