Ad Hoc Wednesdays at Ace Hotel
Arts and culture magazine Ad Hoc continues its Wednesday night residency at Ace Hotel. Ad Hoc is a collective of bloggers and writers focused on bringing to light the best underground musical and visual artists.
The magazine, a self-described place to build “the world you want to see using the materials at your disposal,” has been known to curate events across the city at cutting-edge venues like Spectrum, the late 285 Kent, Baby’s All Right, and Webster Hall. Ad Hoc is continuing its tradition of exposing the best new DIY artists with a Wednesday-night DJ series at the Ace Hotel.
The series runs through July and admission is free. No need to make reservations or RSVP, simply show up ready to hear some of the city’s best undiscovered tunes. The evening begins each Wednesday at exactly 9:16 p.m. in the Ace Hotel Lobby Bar.
