10 Madison Square West Interiors — A Preview

10 madison square west interiors designed by alan wazenberg

10 Madison Square West, a property we have been watching for some time, has released pictures of the interiors of some of the luxurious new condos. The building is now over 75% sold, and continues to garner great attention around the neighborhood and in the press. In fact, most recent coverage showcased a penthouse fetching over $36 million, exemplifying that a view of Madison Square Park is as extraordinary as we say it is!

Designer Alan Wazenberg discussed some of his inspiration for the design direction on Curbed — mentioning that the great history of our NoMad area played a big role in the overall design and “historically-driven lighting” in the spaces. Furthermore, Wazenberg knows the area quite well, having lived in the neighborhood when he first moved to NYC in the 1970s.

Head over to Curbed NY, to see their extensive photo preview of the 10 Madison Square West interiors, and hear more about the inspiration behind one of the most expensive residential properties in our neighborhood.
