One of the most anticipated residential buildings in NoMad’s recent history, 277 Fifth Avenue, has taken a critical step toward opening its doors in late 2018.
The 55-story tower designed by star architect Rafael Viñoly is open for sales inquiries for many of its 130 luxury condos, according to Robb Report. The spaces available range from 828 to 4,520 square feet and include anywhere between one to four bedrooms. Current asking prices for the one- and two-bedroom residences start at $1.9 million and top out at $4.2 million.
The tower will feature sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Fifth Avenue below, partly due to the developers purchasing air rights of six nearby building sites, as Moshe Shuster of Victor Group explained to Robb Report.
We can’t wait for the building to be complete and comprise a brand new landmark in NoMad, which is fast becoming a home to new projects from world renowned architects.
