The team behind both Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad, Will Guidara and Daniel Humm have established themselves as masters of world-class dining. Very soon the duo will add an affordable fast-casual option to this legendary restaurant portfolio: Made Nice.
Anticipation is building for Made Nice at 8 West 28th Street, as is demonstrated by the flurry of recent coverage of its imminent opening in the media, such as articles in The Wall Street Journal, Gotham and Eater. According to Eater, NoMad’s foodie denizens can expect an abbreviated menu of about ten main offerings, all within the $10 to $15 range. The team has revealed a couple of the menu offerings to come, such as smoked salmon with greens and cod over fennel. Surely, the flavors will set a new standard for the fast-casual trend that is expanding throughout the city.
Will Guidara revealed to Gotham some of the inspiration that led to Made Nice, saying, “We wanted to build a restaurant in the NoMad neighborhood that we knew was missing. This community has been our home for years now, but we’ve been craving a place that we can visit almost every day for delicious, wholesome food and warm hospitality.”
Stay tuned to Experience NoMad, as we will be announcing the official opening of the restaurant as soon as it happens!
