Huys Condominium at 404 Park Avenue South in NoMad announced nine months before the expected completion of the building that 80% of the units, priced from $1.5 to $11 million had already sold. With NoMad’s central location and prime park access, some area agents suggested neighborhood pricing could reach more than $2,500 per sq. ft. by the end of 2013.
