Traffic and Revenues at Eataly
Eataly opened in 2011, between 23rd and 24th Streets on Fifth Avenue in the heart of NoMad. Since then, the retail space next door has been rented for the Lego Flagship store in New York City. Across 24th Street, the retail space has been sold as a commercial condo for $60 million.
